Age Criteria for Sr. Kg.: 01st July 2020 – 31st December 2021
Age Criteria for I : 01st July 2019 – 31st December 2020
Age Criteria for II : 01st July 2018 – 31st December 2019
Age Criteria for III : 01st July 2017 – 31st December 2018
Age Criteria for IV : 01st July 2016 – 31st December 2017
Age Criteria for V : 01st July 2015 – 31st December 2016
Please submit a coloured copy printed form along with the required documents to the school office on 14th March 2026 or on 01st April 2026 between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Kindly bring Xerox copies only.
The required documents are as follows:
a. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH (official translation required if not in English).
b. Proof of Residence.
c. Aadhar Card of the father & child.
d. Baptism Certificate of the child (for Christians only).
e. Caste Certificate (in the child’s name, optional).
f. Medical Certificate (if the child has medical background only).
